About us

The Coastal Ocean Coalition is a network of national and state-level environmental organizations working to conserve, protect and restore one of New Jersey’s most vital natural resources: coastal and ocean waters and their habitats. COC provides policy makers and community groups with the tools they need to help New Jersey take the bold steps necessary to protect its ocean resources. COC is a project of Environmental Defense.
